I like obsessing my self on books, photographs, online games, TV series, and KPop, and I like sharing my stories. My name's Clarisa and welcome to my little home.

A List.

Okay, I just finished reading The Perks of Being A Wallflower and I absolutely loved it. But I am really sad, though, because it ended. I would still want Charlie to ‘send’ me letters and to know more about his unconventional and very interesting life. Anyway, I know I will be able to finish the book in just a day considering it’s not that thick so I bought a new book to read. It’s The Story of My Life by Helen Keller. I don’t really read books like this but I am really curious about her story. I just hope that the way it was written and the words used will not be too hard for me to comprehend. But then, it was written in the 1900s, so what should I expect? Heh.

I am really glad that now I have plenty of time in my hands to read all I want because: (1) I’m through with the first part of my thesis and defense; and (2) summer break is just three weeks away from now. So, I am constantly researching of book titles that I’d like to and plan to read over the summer. Here is my list so far:

  • Never Let Me Go by Kazuo Ishiguro
  • A Little Princess (yes, the classic one. I actually have read this when I was still in high school but never got the chance to finish it)
  • Love The One You’re With by Emily Griffin
  • Flipped by Wendelin Van Draanen
  • You Shall Know Our Velocity by David Eggers
  • A Hearbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by David Eggers
  • The Wild Things by David Eggers
  • To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee
  • Shortcomings by Adrian Tomine
  • Just Kids by Patti Smith
  • Faithful Place by Tana French

Which reminds me, I should save money because books are not cheap. Hahaha.
